C. Low-voltage distribution cabinet and central signal screen:

1. Check and verify whether the ammeters and voltmeters of the double-shaft shredder are accurate and reliable every year. Check each insulation piece monthly for damage or moisture. Is the protective ground connection reliable?

2. Check whether the auxiliary circuit terminals and connectors are firm and reliable every month. Check monthly whether it is in normal working condition and whether the signal indication is accurate. Check whether the DC screen battery is normal, check the liquid level and measure the specific gravity if necessary.

D. Double-shaft shredder motor and power distribution box:

1. When the double-shaft shredder is running, check whether the motor is running normally, whether there is any abnormal noise, and whether the motor temperature is normal;

2. Start the instruments and indicator lights on the control cabinet to see if they are normal; start the backup motor, run it for about 5 minutes, and check if there are any abnormalities.
