1. In-feed & Pre-conditioning :Our scrap metal shredding line always starts with automatically adjusts speed through a PLC + frequency-convertor combo, guaranteeing a choke-free supply to the double-shaft metal shredder. 

2. Twin-shaft Shredding :According the shredding crushing action that downsizes white goods, car shells and I-beams into 80–120 mm strips in a single pass. A built-in automatic reverse & torque boost function prevents jamming when unshreddable items sneak in. Because the chamber is lined with replaceable 16 Mn wear plates, our metal shredder machine enjoys 30 % longer service life and qualifies as genuine heavy-duty scrap metal recycling equipment.

3. Hammer Crushing :The shredded strips fall directly onto a 1200 mm-wide magnetic discharge belt that removes free iron, then enter the hammer mill crusher. 

4.three-stage separation:After crushing, the mixed fraction travels through a three-stage separation:Magnetic head-pulley pulls out clean ferrous.Eddy-current separator ejects aluminum, copper and zinc with a 96 % efficiency.Near-infra-red optical sorter removes remaining plastics, wood and foam.
