A waste plastic recycling plant is not a single machine, but a complete processing system designed to transform post-consumer or industrial plastic waste into reusable raw materials.

Most modern recycling plants include several core equipment modules working together in sequence.

The process usually begins with a conveyor feeding system, which ensures stable and continuous material input. Irregular feeding is one of the main causes of downtime in plastic recycling, so this stage is critical for overall efficiency.

Next comes the plastic shredder or crusher, which reduces bulky plastic waste into smaller, manageable pieces.
